under the footplate there is a metal arm that goes to the foot and connect to the footplate and there is now sideways movement coming from there or somewere near it

Well..... you cant have a successful gym meet without coming home with comething being sore of strained.

So here it is

I have Bockers Back YAY!....my favourite!!!

and i also have a sore ankle from landing and barine attempt wrong and over bending my foot

and on top of that my right wrist is a little sore ....

nothing serious, no battle wounds to show off to the grandkids

anyone else got a few minors??

I am very sad that it has come to the stage where i am writing this to tell you that i am hanging up my bocks and leaving the team...

please accept my sincirest appologies but my life was already to crowded and busy to make time to bock and bocking also was bad for my back (because my back gets very sore easily)

Capital bocking (including shirts) will have to be organised by someone else the basic planning has been completed by me...i hope that who ever runs it will do a fantastic ...

hey guys,

well i was trying to do front flips at the gym and i was running in and my run up was wrong and my legs were going for the flip but my body wasnt so i went straight up and then down and landed on my hands and my legs fell on me and i got messed up. ill admit there were a few little tears, but i think it was just a corked knee and leg cause this morning is wasnt sore so ye all better today but when it happened it was soo sore and a little scary. but the others seemed to think it ...

I'm in norther brissie, and on the verge of getting a pair of stilts. Anyone had any experience with powerjumperz? Are they passable, quality-wise? I'm a size 8 1/2 shoe, so would the small or medium pads suffice?

Hey all,

well my risers arrived on Saterday, had a coupla goes and got pretty sore. takes a while to build up those back muscles. I got the heavy springs, 90+ and I'm only 70kgs so its going to take a while to wear them in and they jar a bit. at least they wont break for a while. Got some good hight. tried a few spinning kicks. Jumped off a trampoline. I was all revved up before I got em thinking I'll just get straight into some back flip but when I put them on and remembered the weight and ...

I'm an entertainer who makes pegs stilts and Im working at Jupiters Casino as a totally fake (9 foot tall) Mexican 5 nights a week. Ive also done a fair bit of work on modded old school power skips (peg stilt style flat bar shin supports and wider straps also shoes bolted to foot plates) dressed as a kangaroo with big squeeky balls, astronauts, and muscley guys (wearing Bouncer Ts). Well, as the selected few that know i am using the Skyrunners, and the little cheapo bushings have been shredded , so I thought i might try the service department for these Skyrunners. Talked to their rep and was quickly responded with the assuring news of replacement bushings.

Now i am not sure if they will be the same ole plastic ones, or if they may send new brass ones, although i really don't know if they actually have brasss ones. I will just have to wait and see. They said they will ...
