hey guys,

well i was trying to do front flips at the gym and i was running in and my run up was wrong and my legs were going for the flip but my body wasnt so i went straight up and then down and landed on my hands and my legs fell on me and i got messed up. ill admit there were a few little tears, but i think it was just a corked knee and leg cause this morning is wasnt sore so ye all better today but when it happened it was soo sore and a little scary. but the others seemed to think it was funny lol, must of looked funny. haha
